Roles
The customer generally determines why property and tenant data is entered, while KodiPulse processes it to provide the contracted service. Exact controller and processor roles depend on facts and applicable law.
Instructions and safeguards
Processing follows authorized product use and applicable agreements. Access controls, RLS, audit history and scoped storage are technical safeguards; customers must configure users and visibility appropriately.
International processing and subprocessors
Hosting and support locations depend on configured providers. Legal counsel should review transfer terms and the production subprocessor list before adoption in a regulated context.
