Service
KodiPulse provides property operations software. Features and availability may change as the service develops. The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Accounts and authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use only authorized workspaces and ensure they have a lawful basis for data entered into the service.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for tenant communications, payment decisions, property operations, professional advice, data accuracy and compliance with applicable obligations.
Availability and changes
No uninterrupted or error-free guarantee is made. Material commercial commitments require a separately verified written agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security, unlawful activity, non-payment under an agreed plan or material breach. Data export and deletion handling depend on the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
