This policy explains how KodiPulse handles personal information when people use the public website, landlord application or tenant portal.
Information processed
Depending on use, the service may process account and contact details, organization membership, property and unit records, tenant and lease information, payment records, expenses, maintenance, documents, messages, security logs and technical usage data.
Purposes
Information is used to provide and secure the service, enforce permissions, support users, maintain records, investigate failures and meet applicable obligations. Optional analytics must not load before the applicable consent choice.
Sharing and processors
Service providers such as hosting, authentication, database, storage and email providers may process information under appropriate arrangements. A current subprocessor list should be confirmed before production legal approval.
Retention and rights
